New codes pave way for payment for immunization counseling when vaccines aren’t administered (AAP News, posted 12/15/25)

December 15, 2025 – On January 1, 2026, three new Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes will take effect, representing standalone immunization counseling performed by a physician or other qualified health care professional (QHP). Click here to read more.
